Kesar Peda

Kesar Peda holds a place of honor in Gujarati sweet culture. Prepared by slow-simmering fresh milk solids (khoya) until delicately caramelised and silky, it is enriched with pure Kashmiri saffron strands, fragrant green cardamom, and pressed into round coins stamped with traditional decorative floral seals. Topped with slivers of blanched almonds and pistachios.
