At Mayur Sweets Nikol, our ladoos are made by dropping ultra-fine gram flour pearls (boondi) through perforated ladles, gently frying them in pure ghee, and immersing them in aromatic cardamom and saffron sugar syrup. Finished with crushed Iranian pistachios, melon seeds, and edible silver accents.
